Dr. Rob Wilkins was born and raised in Boise, ID. He graduated from Meridian High School where he was valedictorian. Dr. Wilkins spent two years in Lisbon, Portugal serving an LDS mission. He graduated from BYU-Idaho where he met his wife Lindsey Schallenberger, who was born and raised in Hamilton. Dr. Wilkins attended The Ohio State College of Optometry. He and his wife have two sons named Porter and Luke. Dr. Wilkins is an Eagle Scout, an avid whitewater rafter, and enjoys playing sports.
Dr. Wilkins is a therapeutically certified optometrist, licensed to treat conditions such as glaucoma, ocular injuries, foreign bodies, and eye infections, as well as to provide comprehensive visual examinations and prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses, He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Montana Optometric Association.
Dr. Wilkins loves to see patients of all ages. He is active in Lions Club and was the President of the Hamilton Lions Club in 2017-2018. He is currently the Scoutmaster of Troop 1987. He enjoys being active in the community and seeing his patients around town. He loves watching High School sports and cheering on the teams from our area.
