Our receptionists at our office in Hamilton will try to accommodate your busy schedule by finding appointments that suit your needs. We will help you understand your insurance coverage and if financial arrangements are necessary, we will be glad to help you develop a plan to make your vision care treatment possible.
Stephanie is your first stop for help with your insurance and billing needs. You will find her at the reception desk. Stephanie is a native Montanan and has spent several years out traveling and exploring the world. She enjoys spending time skiing and hiking in the great outdoors with her husband and two boys. She also enjoys reading.
Kelly is the office manager at Big Sky Eye Care and has years of customer service experience. She and her husband Derek moved to Montana in 2008 and call 10 acres in Corvallis, home sweet home. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching the wildlife that surrounds her home and helping her husband with his photography.
Shania is one of our opticians. She was born in Washington and raised in the Bitterroot. On days away from the office, she enjoys riding her horses, going camping, and spending as much time out of doors as possible.
Teri works behind the scenes at Big Sky Eye Care. She takes care of insurance billing and finances for the office. Dr. Beyer and Teri enjoy keeping up with their busy kids and taking time to get outdoors as much as possible!
Susan is an ABO certified optician and was born and raised in Washington State. She later moved to Portland, Oregon where she completed School of Paraoptometric/Optician program through Portland Community College and worked at an eyeglass recycling program. She is new to the Bitterroot Valley. She spends her spare time with her husband and five children exploring the Bitterroot Valley.
Janice was born and raised in Minnesota. She moved to Montana in 1997 and now calls the Bitterroot Valley home. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, fishing, and reading.
Katelyn is a native Montanan and has spent the majority of her life in Hamilton. In her free time, she enjoys getting out into the woods with her husband and camping and kayaking. She also enjoys gardening, painting, and reading.
